The UMN Stroke Research Lab is a collaboration between the UMN Stroke Program–recognized nationally for clinical care, systems innovation, trainee education, and research–and the Department of Emergency Medicine’s Acute Care Research Coordinator (ACRC) Service Organization, a premier research team specializing in clinical trials for critically ill patients and medical emergencies such as stroke.
Our lab provides guided, hands-on, real-time acute research enrollment experience, participation in high-impact academic projects for publication and presentation, and unparalleled clinical trials integration training- working directly with our stroke and NCC teams in the hospital and telemedicine program.
We are wholly committed to advancing stroke care and cultivating the next generation of physician researchers through the dedicated mentorship of our physicians, project managers, lead research coordinators, and senior lab members.
