The UMN Stroke Research Lab supports the clinical research of our stroke faculty, Stroke Research Fellowship and Stroke Research Associate program.
The UMN Stroke Program is recognized nationally for clinical care, systems innovation, trainee education and research. Our lab also collaborates formally with the Department of Emergency Medicine’s Acute Care Research Coordinators (ACRC), a premier research team specializing in clinical trial implementation, and the UMN Neurocritical Care Division.
Stroke Research Lab opportunities include participation in high-impact academic projects for publication and presentation, direct exposure to state-of-the-art stroke and neurocritical care and experience with pivotal Phase III clinical trials.
We are committed to advancing stroke care and cultivating the next generation of physician researchers through the dedicated mentorship of our physicians, project managers, lead research coordinators and senior lab members.
